Gold companies tipped to merge operations

Malaysian Mining Corp (MMC) has a variety of Australian diamond and gold assets. The company holds those assets in a structure that begs to be rationalized, though there is no formal plan for doing so. It would be sensible for MMC to combine Plutonic Resources' and Aurora Gold's gold assets and to separate its diamond assets into a company dedicated only to diamonds.
