Business and society--the never-ending story
Article Abstract:
The relationship between business and society is a never-ending story because managers generally prefer to see themselves cast as heroes seeking the greater good and eventually overcoming obstacles to realize their quests for a better society. Stories reveal business leaders experiencing downfalls after initial successes because external factors play against them, or they show companies and their managers engaging with other social actors in a contest between good and evil.

Managerial communication: the view from the inside
Article Abstract:
Chief executives need to know how to listen to and how to communicate with employees. Decision making can only be effective when the decision can be clearly explained to effected by it. A shared company vision greatly depends on the executive officers' presentation skills.
