I-deals: Idiosyncratic terms in employment relationships
Article Abstract:
Special terms of employment agreed between individual workers and their employers are known as idiosyncratic deals or more briefly, i-deals and these are increasingly entered into in the face of changing and complex work scenarios. A conceptual analysis of i-deals is presented with a view to expanding the understanding of the concept so that both employers and employees are able to improvise better and more effective deals.

Is there such a thing as "evidence-based management"?
Article Abstract:
The promise organization research offers for improved management practice based on evidence and its existing shortfalls are explored. Failure to evolve towards evidence-based management is costlier than mere inefficiency and hence researchers, educators and managers are advised to translate the principles governing human behavior and organizational processes into more effective management practice.
