Industrial backlash
Article Abstract:
The proposed changes to industrial relations in Australia, which would have been a boon for the employers, are being opposed by Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU). Some of the coalition senators are supporting the opposition. Whether Prime Minister John Howard will be able to keep his promises to the employers is analyzed.
