Integrating Kano's model into web-community service quality
Article Abstract:
The evaluation of web-community service quality is presented using the Kano's two-way model. In order to find the key to customer satisfaction, the results can be used to identify the attractive quality, one-dimensional quality, must-be quality, indifferent quality, and reverse quality of quality elements-while taking into consideration cost and technology.
