Article Abstract:
The 1980s demands an effective human resource strategy for those firms that want to be the winners. A study was conducted to find out the relationship between the CEO and the strategic direction of companies. Using a method based on video taping and interviews, researched concluded that the personality of the leader is crucial to the company's future. This way a ceo leads in the result of his or her motivations, expectations, and general values. This finding means that companies must be more aware and make a greater effort in putting the right people in the right place.

Leadership group coaching in action: The zen of creating high performance teams
Article Abstract:
Leadership group coaching establishes a foundation of trust, makes for constructive conflict resolution, leads to greater commitment, and contributes to accountability thereby providing better results for the organization. A study on change methodology centered on leadership helps create high-performance teams, which in turn is a good solution for organization silo formation, putting in place boundary less organization. In the study the clinical approach to organizational intervention and the similarities between leadership coaching and psychotherapy is also included.

Issues concerning the leadership change processes in schools in South Wales that have enhanced pupil achievement are presented. Reference is made to different phases in the change 'journey', with the leadership role being analyzed in each stage.
