Leveraging on systemic learning to manage the early phases of production innovation projects
Article Abstract:
Studies indicate that the early stages of new product development projects are important since they have a bearing on decisions that involve product performance. Any flaws or errors that may occur in these phases will affect the innovation process that will entail losses in the future attributed to expensive and time-consuming reworks. The organizational mechanisms, methods and behavioral patterns practiced by booming business establishments to handle concept generation and product planning were discussed in detail.
