The life-long learning concepts that were the trends of 1990's are back in a different jacket - "continuous learning". The younger companies are adopting these trends in a big way. Sharing the experiences of an employee through emails is now commonplace in new companies as it gives the company an edge on its competitors. Suggestions are offered to develop learning skills and learning culture within an organization.
