These regions reflect better prospects such as those with highest level of tertiary training -the so called global knowledge workers, who are well connected with the international economy. Therefore, in order to be in competition it is vital that these regions attract the right kind of individuals, provide the required benefits, thereby helping them taking up prominent corporate careers.

According to the ING-Melbourne Institute Household Savings Report, 32% respondents would like to invest in real estate and 14% would use their savings to reduce their mortgage.
