Long term incentive plans, executive pay and UK company performance
Article Abstract:
Research indicates that although total executive rewards are increased under long-term incentive plans, total rewards sensitivity to shareholder returns is reduced. This finding questions the effectiveness of long-term incentive plans and the viability of an agency perspective.
