Article Abstract:
Customers are often the best asset a business has. Businesses such as Woolworths, Coles Myer, Telstra, and Qantas are successful because they use their consumer bases wisely. Many of these companies are in the midst of serious changes, such as takeovers, struggles with the government, and planning for succession in management. Pleasing customers and keeping their loyalty will continue to be important.
