Mazda, moves to get buyers' name right

Mazda Australia has started a project to update its customer database. This is the first time a car manufacturer is attempting to do this. The customer relations has largely been left to retailers so far. Mazda is already rated as having high owner satisfaction and repeat business. Good sales people training is an effective way to keep the program going.
