Article Abstract:
The stocks analyzed are arranged into three categories: Portfolio I for stocks with above-average year-ahead price potential, Portfolio II for stocks for income and potential price appreciation, and Portfolio III for stocks with long-term price growth potential. To qualify, a stock must have a yield that is at the top half of the Value Line Universe, a Timeliness rank of 3 or better, and a safety rank of at least 3.
