Narrating the Power of Non-Standard Employment: The Case of the Israeli Public Sector
Article Abstract:
Interviews with 24 human resource managers in Israel's public sector discredit arguments that non-standard employment compromises organizational efficiency. The interviews communicate statements of loyalty to efficiency and are coupled with concerns for employees in non-standard employment arrangements, and subordination to of any implied preferences for eliminating these arrangements to organizational constraints.

Managing task interdependencies in multi-team projects: a longitudinal study
Article Abstract:
A study on managerial procedures that are designed to manage inter-team task dependencies by managing functions at project and team levels is presented. The study examines the effect of such managerial functions on performance of teams in a project involving use of multiple teams for product development. The study is based on Europe's automotive industry.
