Article Abstract:
The Corvus Concept is a 32-bit microcomputer with 128K memory that can be expanded to 256K. The screen can display a vertical page for word processing or, when horizontal, will display thirteen columns for modeling. A 32 Bit Micro on NCR's Migration Path
Article Abstract:
NCR has announced the 9300, a 32-bit mainframe computer. It has achieved smallness by putting a microprocessor on a chip and by the use of four ULS I chips. Every 16 seconds the system's processor memory is cleared. Using migration path engineering, files and programs can be transferred between systems. NCR has additionally developed SOLON. It is a fourth generation language that is used to write programs without sophisticated programmers.
