New 'indirect' valuation method likely to have long-term effects
Article Abstract:
The indirect valuation method treats property as equity. Valuation is not based on the products on the property but on the potential of the property to earn income. Indirect property valuation also determines whether the asset enhances a fund's income or distribution balance. The differences between direct and indirect property valuation is expected to decrease through 2008.
