The effects of work-family conflict and family-work conflict on nonattendance behaviors
Article Abstract:
A research investigates the relationship between both work-to-family conflict (WFC) and family-to-work conflict (FWC) and three nonattendance behaviors absenteeism, leaving work early, and tardiness. The findings reveal that while WFC had a positive main effect of leaving work early, FWC did not, and neither type of conflict was related to tardiness.
