Frank O'Halloran, the chief executive of QBE Insurance, will receive an additional retirement benefit package of three million dollars along with his normal retirement package, when he retires but he is keeping quiet about his plans for retirement. His passion and dedication towards QBE has been responsible for the growth of QBE as well as the acquisitions that are being undertaken by QBE.
