Several of the OXO International's most memorable mistakes that led to smarter and more-intuitive products are presented. Some of the mistakes include creating a safer slicer that would bagel and keep users' hands out of the way, creating a mug with an airtight seal and an easy-to-use push button, introducing a cheese slicer, and creating a vertical potato masher.
