Petroulias on trial
Article Abstract:
An update on the progress in the criminal case filed against Nick Petroulias, former first assistant tax commissioner is presented. It may be recalled that Petroulias is charged with misuse of his position for obtaining favorable private tax rulings. The tax fraud case is presently being heard in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
