Rehab: An advertising love story

Ty Montague, co-creative director of Wieden+Kennedy was all set to leave Wieden and start his own company, when Rosemarie Ryan, President of J. Walter Thompson's (JWT) New York office convinced Montague to join her company as cocaptain. Ryan and Montague built a system of working together, changed the entire set up, gave every employee a portfolio and made them accountable and turned the whole JWT office around, thus began the new advertising love story.
