Former GIO stockholders are being advised not to answer a questionnaire regarding AMP's 1998 attempt to acquire GIO. Answering the questionnaire could jeopardize their chances of joining the class action suit being mounted against GIO. Legalese in the survey and its accompanying letter are confusing the shareholders.
