The sales commissions payable to the sales force of the department stores David Jones and Myer is revised causing a lot of disgruntlement amongst the salesmen. Mark McInnes, David Jones's chief executive has taken a firm stand on the issue even as Kevin Penozza, managing director of SalesForce is seeking a mutually acceptable solution.
