Scenarios for improvisation: long range planning redeemed
Article Abstract:
A model for long-range strategic planning is presented that considers real-time event planning and quick action within the context of larger organizational control and management. The technique called 'improvisational scenario planning' allows the general manager flexibility while maintaining the integrity of the organizational and process infrastructure.
