It is identified that twenty-three property kings with the biggest increases in asset values, manage 26 billion dollars of property.

The percentage of people living alone in Australia is examined as the marriage rate is falling and divorce rate is rising. It is observed that although people are living alone, they seem to be relatively outgoing and are trying to engaging with others in society.
