Step aside. Women coming through
Article Abstract:
Women executives in Australia are separating themselves from the feminist collective and are pursuing their career goals as individuals. They do not offer favoritism to other female employees, and are too busy to participate in women's networking groups. They do not downplay their gender by dressing differently, and believe barriers to promotion can be brought down by strong work performance.
