Stress management in the workplace is more effective when a company is committed to a total program of ongoing stress reduction. Some Australian businesses are becoming actively involved with in-house stress programs, week-long executive health-farm retreats, and counseling services. According to a Drake International survey, 64% of 3500 companies surveyed offered stress management services.
