Team diversity and information use
Article Abstract:
The effect of educational and national diversity on teams information use is examined by a study. The study suggests that increasing educational diversity positively influences the range and depth of information use for all except the most diverse teams studied, but negatively influences information integration.

Too much of a good thing? Negative effects of high trust and individual autonomy in self-managing teams
Article Abstract:
A study explored how trust and monitoring interacted with individual autonomy to affect performance in self-managing teams. High trust was associated with higher team performance when individual autonomy was low but with lower performance when individual autonomy was high.

A study reveals that self-managing teams might accidentally restructure themselves inefficiently in response to conflict, thus the possible structure-related effects are analyzed.
