The antecedents, consequences, and mediating role of organizational ambidexterity
Article Abstract:
The concept of contextual ambidexterity to achieve alignment and adaptability in organization was used to empirically investigate its relationship with performance of the employees. The results from the data collected from 4,195 individuals in 41 business units suggest that ambidexterity mediates the relationship between the contextual features and performance.

Radical change accidentally: The emergence and amplification of small change

A brief summary of four conceptualization of organization change varying in scope or pace of change and the story of radical change at mission church is presented. It is felt that radical change can become continuous due to dynamic interaction of amplifiers, contextual conditions and small changes.
