The big deal

Consultancy involves persuading a prospect to commit on a big deal. Most entrepreneurs are cautious and do not agree to incur large amount of expenditure in hope of returns that are not immediately visible. Good references are of little help. What the consultant needs to do is to show the project as something that is less risky.
