Greg Poche approached the Trade Practices Commission in early 1990s about the TNT, Mayne Nickless and Ansett Transport Industries cartel in express freight. The cartel goes undetected unless someone with inside knowledge gives evidence or serious information that would provide solid evidence, which would stand up in court.
