The myth of a dying river: eager for support from the urban greens, politicians are working the environment for everything they can get

The exploitation of the myth of the death of the Murray River in Australia by the politicians to garner votes is discussed. It is suggested one should be wary of politicians, scientists or environmentalists who support the idea of greater water flows and question the environmental benefits arising out of such ideas.
