On the relational view
Article Abstract:
Dyer and Singh's research on interorganizational relations has opened up a new line of inquiry in strategic analysis. Their advocacy of the relational view of strategic research, however, brings up several issues that still need to be resolved. One such issue would be the question of the relative position of their theory within the existing map of theoretical approaches and perspectives. Another issue would be the question of how their proposed theoretical model could be applied to the realities of business.
