A list of 19 stocks that are expected to outperform the market during the first half of 2008 and up to the rest of the year is presented. The shares, which include the stocks of Mosaic Company, Agrium Inc. and Massey Energy, were evaluated based on their timeliness rank, earnings momentum and share price. The stocks' safety rating and price changes are also supplied.
