Towards an office ceasefire
Article Abstract:
Analysis done on the behavior of colleagues who are been annoying or overbearing is discussed. An effort should be made to try to organize an office ceasefire by resolving the issue over a cup of coffee, bringing the conflict out in the open, recognizing everyone's different preferences, and one should be hard on the problem, not the person.
