Training quality managers-do they practice what they preach?
Article Abstract:
The report was prepared to discuss the personal and professional development needs of quality managers- where the question was posed as to whether quality training objectively, systematically and continuously performed in Australia. The data concluded that a specifically designed and comprehensive training needs analysis for quality managers was being neglected and that the initiation for professional development remains with the individual.
