Victorian industry: no gas, no compensation

Esso's plant in Longford, Victoria in Australia suffered a disaster which left it unable to provide power to area businesses. This lack of power is costing the companies around $100 million (Australian) each day, and most do not have insurance that covers the situation. Only 32% of Australian businesses have insurance in the case of interruption of public utilities.
