The contribution of Scott E. Page's journal article " Making the Difference: Applying a Logic of Diversity" to the diversity literature is examined. Pr evious research on Page's topic argues that diversity benefits an organization by reducing costs associated with low job satisfaction and high employee turnover. Other researches on the topic are also cited.
