Water, energy, Russia aid bills signed
Article Abstract:
George Bush signed into law on Oct 24, 1992, energy legislation designed to decrease US dependence on foreign oil. Bush also signed bills that would lead to the diversion of water supplies in California from agricultural to urban users, and to new aid to Russia and other former Soviet republics.
