Article Abstract:
An MBA program must have a communications course especially for the marketing manager. Writing skills are necessary to the manager. Three elements of writing to consider are Tone, Time, and Transitory Truths. Tone refers to writing style, which should be appropriate to the audience. Time indicates the relevance of quick decision making. Transitory Truths point out the changing nature of business situations.
