When does national identity matter? Convergence and divergence in international business ethics
Article Abstract:
An integrative social contracts theory that was developed to find out similarities and differences in ethical attitudes between members of national groups that are different is presented. The differences between individual level attitudes and society level behaviors that is important for ethical decision making in integrative social contracts theory.

Does national context matter in ethical decision making? An empirical test of integrative social contracts theory
Article Abstract:
The empirical validity of integrative social contracts theory was tested by comparing the responses on an ethnic survey of Americans working in Russia and United States. Findings reveal that the theory can explain how expatriates evaluate ethical dilemmas abroad.

Goal setting as a motivator of unethical behavior
Article Abstract:
The role of goal setting in motivating unethical behavior is explored in a laboratory experiment. The results reveal that people with unmet goals are more likely to engage in unethical behavior than people attempting to do their best.
