Why restructuring doesn't deliver
Article Abstract:
Restructuring, a commonly used solution in solving organizational issues, does not yield results as compared to organization design. Organization design involves shaping and aligning all elements of an enterprise towards a goal and building efficiency, adaptability and high performance. An analysis of organization design, and why it should be favored over restructuring, is presented.
