Global companies can reap the benefits of working together by forming a cluster and developing the business by removing the trade barriers and restriction to capital flows, by connecting people and organizations. Michael Enright, the professor of University of Hong Kong, stated that clustering of companies exists since early 1860's business, when the chemical industry in Germany emerged.
