. . . and an end to arms-control delusion
Article Abstract:
The strategic interests of Iraq, North Korea, Russia, China, India, and the U.S. in building and using missiles today are compared to the Cold War arms race and arms control movements. The current U.S. administration seeks to develop missile defense systems that would protect the country from a retalitory strike instead of the first strike from an agressor nation, a move which other countries may see as an incentive to start a new kind of arms race.
