Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. of the United States is in a market share battle with Electronic Arts Inc. also of the United States. Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. has a marketing agreement to sell ESPN sports video games which the company offers at half price. Electronic Arts Inc. has signed licensing agreements for $400 million with the NFL and a month later an $800 million deal with ESPN for video game rights.
