A trade mark that does not belong to archives
Article Abstract:
Bateria Slany CZ (Slany, Czech Republic), battery producer, expects a turnover of nearly 100 mil Kc from the sales of primary batteries in 1999. The company should have a 20% share on the primary battery market at the end of 1999. If the firm gets to retail chains, it could have a 30% share on the market. The firm's costs on the support of its sales should represent about 8% of its turnover in 1999. In 1999 Bateria should export a part of its production, mainly to East European markets. The company entered the market with primary mono-cells under the trade mark Bateria in March 1998. The firm saw a turnover of more than 25 mil Kc and took a 15% market share by the end of 1998. The production is ensured by unnamed firms in China and Indonesia on the basis of co-operation contracts.
