AUKENS DASEFORBUD KAN UDLOSE ERSTATNING
Article Abstract:
Denmark may face legal action due to its ban on beverage cans, as the government's decision could be interpreted as an obstacle to foreign beer and soft drink producers to compete on the Danish market. However, according to the paper, beverage producers are not likely to win damages until the case is settled between the Danish Government and the European Commission, possibly involving CJEC, the Court of Justice of the European Communities. If the case is settled by CJEC, beverage producers and importers could start legal proceedings in Danish courts, the paper states.

FORBUD MOD RED BULL KAN GIVE BAGSLAG
Article Abstract:
The Danish National Food Administration is now being criticised for their ban of the Austrian sports drink Red Bull. The ban is based on the opinion that so called functional food should have a nutritious relevance for the adding of vitamins and Red Bull, that contains vitamins, is not considered to have that relevance. Red Bull has complained to the EU, they feel that the Food Administration's policy is against EU-law when they do not declare any position whether or not Red Bull is bad for you health or not.
