Article Abstract:
Young & Rubicam Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Michael J. Dolan is content with last year's takeover by U.K. holding company WPP Group, but still sees the company as a private entity with an individual business culture. Young & Rubicam is well-positioned in the media-buying business under WPP Group.
