After the pink slip, outplacement firms are ground zero
Article Abstract:

Executives have often worked many years at one firm and are out of practice at searching for employment. Asia's recruiting firms expand
Article Abstract:
The executive recruitment firms in Asia are continuing their expansion while those in the West are retrenching in the wake of the economic slowdown in the United States and a return to normal staffing levels after outsized growth rates in 1999 and 2000.
