All about Bob
Article Abstract:
Robert Waite, CIBC's Senior VP for Corporate Communications, has been described as a person who can keep his humor even when handling difficult issues. Waite had previously handled controversy for a US senator and later at IBM Canada, where he oversaw communications during the toughest period in the company's history. He also did press work for former US Presidents Ronald Reagan and George Bush and with Bob Dole. Waite says his goal is to make CIBC more open, more customer-centric and people-oriented.
